Pricing & Payment

Find out everything you need to know about our different payment options at OneWelbeck.

Patients with private medical insurance

If you are planning on booking an appointment with one of our specialists, it’s important that you contact your insurance company beforehand to confirm your policy cover and obtain a pre authorisation number. All our centres are recognised by all major health insurance companies: Aetna, Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa, Cigna, Healix, General&Medical, Vitality and WPA.

If you are having a procedure at OneWelbeck, we’ll be in touch beforehand to confirm the following details:

  • The name of your insurance company
  • Your membership or policy number
  • Your pre-authorisation code or claim reference number

These details mean that we can liaise directly with your insurance company for payment so that you can focus on your recovery.

Self-pay patients

You can pay for your care yourself, in order to access high quality care in the shortest possible time. The starting point for most patients is a consultation with one of our specialists. Each doctor sets their own fees, but most are in the range of £200 to £300 for initial consultations (please note that this varies per centre). Our bookings teams will be able to provide you with further details including indications of future costs. To contact our bookings teams click here.

For many of our tests and procedures we offer fixed price packages. These provide peace of mind and include all costs including hospital costs, doctors’ costs etc.
