About The Gut Health Clinic
The Gut Health Clinic was founded by award winning registered dietitian and gut health scientist, Dr Megan Rossi (PhD). The Clinic brings together a team of gut-specialist dietitians who have a wealth of experience working with people to become their healthiest, happiest self, using evidence-based strategies.
The team has served over 4,000 clients face-to-face and online, with over 35 years of experience across the team. You can learn more about each dietitian at The Gut Health Clinic.
Dietitians are the only qualified and regulated health professionals with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) that assess, diagnose, and treat diet and nutritional problems.
As evidence-based practitioners, dietitians take the science and translate it into everyday information in order to advise on a wide range of diseases and conditions, providing education and practical advice that is tailored to the individual.

Areas of Expertise
Our team of experienced dietitians are all highly specialised in gastro-specific areas. They have extensive experience in managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) as well as troublesome symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, reflux, excessive flatulence, constipation, urgency to open bowels and diarrhoea. In addition, they have all had training in the use of the low FODMAP and modified low FODMAP diets for managing IBS if this is indicated.
We also see clients with coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, gastrointestinal surgery, and cancers, including those with complex malabsorption. We have team members who can also support women’s health issues, including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and fertility nutrition.
We understand that people with gut health issues may also have other conditions, and we are qualified to manage these, e.g., diabetes, thyroid disorders, skin issues, and food intolerances. The gut-brain axis contributes to our mental health and can also be involved in gut symptoms. Optimising gut health and taking a holistic approach to care helps to support mood and longevity.
Our team includes dietitians who specialise in weight management. They help clients lose weight and achieve non-scale victories such as improved confidence, more energy, and better-quality sleep, as well as improving body composition and weight gain if this is a concern.
Whether you are struggling with gut symptoms or just want to maximise your gut health, contact us to find out how we can help you achieve your goals using the latest research and an evidence-based approach.
