Miss Mandeep Kaur Kaler is a consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a special interest in pre-conception counselling, maternal medicine, post-natal hypertension, contraception and menstrual disorders.

She is a consultant at Barts Health NHS Trust, The Royal London Hospital with Subspecialist in maternal medicine and medical education.

She provides clinical care for pregnant women in maternal medicine clinics including the cardiology, renal, gastroenterology, diabetes and neurology clinics in a multidisciplinary setting. In addition, she cares for women in both the acute and chronic benign gynaecology service.


She has a passion for medical education and has been awarded a degree in medical education (PG cert) with distinction from Queen Mary University London. She is also a qualified Advanced Life Support instructor and Human factors trainer, which has given her the opportunity to lead on formal teaching and training.

On receiving her PhD titled ‘An investigation into the Aetiology of Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy’ she has developed a growing interest in academia in women's health.

Miss Kaler’s dedication extends beyond the hospital. She is an avid runner, having completed four half marathons, raising funds for various charitable causes. Her commitment to both professional excellence and community well-being underscores her holistic approach to life and healthcare.
