Sarah attended OneWelbeck to investigate a mole and while there, shared her concerns about a seemingly normal spot on her face. Learn about her experience of removing the spot via Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
I discovered a spot that suddenly appeared on my face that looked completely normal, except it occasionally bled - but not for long. I attended One Welbeck for another mole investigation but whilst I was there, I was asked if anything else was giving me concern, so I thought this was worth a mention....and I'm glad I did!
Post diagnosis I was kept informed of next steps and post treatment I was contacted by the team and just felt completely clear on what was coming next and there were no delays.
From the minute I arrived to leaving, all staff from front of house to consultants were pleasant, helpful and thoughtful. Also, with something as simple as having my stitches removed - I've had various stitches removed at times in my life - I had such a pleasant experience I had to share with the consultant on my next visit. It can be quite daunting and I felt completely safe and at ease with some great take home advice given.
I felt that going to OneWelbeck was the right decision. They discovered something I might have overlooked - and the way it was treated was superb.
I would recommend anyone to visit OneWelbeck for diagnosis or treatment for anything they can help with. It’s very simple to book an appointment, you’re kept well informed, and the location is convenient - a short walk from Oxford Circus or Bond Street. The staff are lovely. They are true experts at what they do.
When you're presented with something quite unnerving relating to your health, you just want to get it sorted and move on with your life -OneWelbeck really achieves this. I think back to how slick and smooth the appointments and procedures were - it didn’t impact my work/life balance at all.
