Overview
Mr Ahmed Ali is currently lead the bladder cancer services and he leads the tertiary bladder cancer referral service for high-risk patients. He is the chief investigator of NiHR study run by the University of Surrey to look into the use of novel markers to diagnose and treat patients with overactive bladder syndrome.
About Mr Ahmed Ali
Mr Ahmed Ali was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in 2017. I currently lead the bladder cancer services and I lead the tertiary bladder cancer referral service for high-risk patients. I was awarded a master's degree in urology and intervention sciences from the university college London in 2013.
I have introduced the use of en-bloc resection technique to treat bladder cancer at Frimley health and have developed that further now using super thulium laser.
I’m the chief investigator of NiHR study run by the University of Surrey to look into the use of novel markers to diagnose and treat patients with overactive bladder syndrome.
