Welbeck Health Partners is seeking an exceptional Senior Health & Safety and Facilities Management Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will shape safe, compliant, and high-performing environments across our organisation.
Location: Welbeck Health Corporate Offices (with multi-site responsibilities)
Department: Capital Projects and Property
Salary: £65k – £80k dependent upon experience, plus benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
As our group-wide Health & Safety and Facilities Lead, you will:
- Drive strategic and operational excellence in health, safety, and facilities management.
- Champion compliance and best practice across multiple sites, ensuring our environments meet the highest standards for safety and sustainability.
- Lead initiatives that enhance staff engagement, patient experience, and organisational resilience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external agencies to deliver innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven leader with significant experience in health & safety and facilities management within a regulated, multi-site environment.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and a strong track record of compliance, risk management, and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire confidence at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to excellence.
