The Opportunity  

OneWelbeck Health Assessment & Longevity (OWHAL) is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive growth, cultivate long-term partnerships, and promote our unique services. 

Reporting to the Centre Director, you will manage the portfolio of referring agencies and corporate clients, acting as a key liaison across the business. You will collaborate closely with the Centre Director, Medical Director, clinical and corporate colleagues to ensure an outstanding client experience. 

This role will support the Centre leadership team by acting as the principal point of contact and initial escalation for the Client Liaison Manager (CLM) team concerning all matters raised by external stakeholders. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, results-oriented professional with proven partnership management experience. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and championing our executive and corporate health assessment and longevity services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referring agencies and corporate clients by creating tailored account management plans. 

  • Manage the onboarding process for new referring agencies and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience. 

  • Oversee client accounts, delivering high satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. 

  • Alongside the Centre Director and Medical Director, provide proactive updates on new services, pathways, and opportunities.  

  • Deliver reports as necessary analysing service utilisation to the Centre Director and Medical Director. Use CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Power BI) to manage contracts and track performance. 

  • Partner with internal centres and clinical teams to deliver webinars and events. 

  • Support the Centre Director and Medical Director with renewals and strategic account planning. 

  • Share client feedback with Centre leadership to inform service development. 

2. Business Development 

  • Identify, engage, and secure new corporate clients and referring agencies to expand OneWelbeck's network and drive referrals. 

  • Represent OneWelbeck at exhibitions and networking events. 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities. 

  • Support the Centre Director and Medical Director and the wider corporate team to deliver growth initiatives. 

3. Administrative Team Training and Support 

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CLM team, providing guidance, support, and direction on day-to-day tasks and queries. 

  • Mentor and support the CLM team. 

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and support resources for the team. 

  • Alongside the Centre Director and Medical Director, facilitate regular check-ins and team meetings to address issues, share updates, and encourage continuous improvement. 

  • Serve as a liaison between the CLM team and other centres and external stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary to the Centre Director and Medical Director. 

4. Internal Collaboration & Brand Ambassadorship 

  • Represent OneWelbeck as a credible and professional brand ambassador. 

  • Collaborate across centres and corporate teams to deliver growth initiatives. 

  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. 

  • Produce reports and documentation for the Centre Director and Medical Director as required. 

5. Other Duties 

  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required to support the needs of the business. 

Experience and Skills:  

  • Proven experience with external partners in the private healthcare sector (essential). 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support and motivate others (essential). 

  • Experience in training delivery and/or creating training materials (desirable). 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work flexibly as required. 

Salary and Benefits: 

  • Salary £50-£55k based on experience. Discretionary bonus scheme (OTE up to £60k)
