The Opportunity

The Marketing team at Welbeck Health Partners are looking for a highly organised, ambitious and motivated Digital Marketing Executive based in London to help support the commercial team deliver our marketing and commercial strategy. With this marketing role there will be a great deal of responsibility for the strategic execution and reporting of digital marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.

This position will work closely with our Marketing Manager to help implement our marketing strategy.

As part of this role, you will be working as part of our commercial team and with our group of internationally renowned clinicians to deliver an exceptional online digital experience for our patients, referrers and other potential customers.

As a highly analytical and motivated individual, you will make data-led and insight-driven decisions, while ensuring brand message and tone-of-voice are maintained across all platforms both internally and externally.

Your tasks (although not an exhaustive list):

•    Develop a hands-on approach to Google Ads and PPC with a £400k yearly budget, working closely with our digital agency to manage, implement and optimise all campaigns. Creating both search and display advertisements. 
•    Monitor, review and refine target audiences, keywords, bidding strategy and ad sets used across campaigns
•    Be able to guide Welbeck Health Partners and our brands through Google best practices.
•    Assist with developing the digital strategy across paid media.
•    Take on ownership of paid social media, implementing campaigns to fit in with wider marketing strategy, and be influential in A/B testing and learning to help influence future campaigns.
•    Develop SEO best practices, tying in with overarching content strategy and new website design.
•    Ensure that all performance marketing is linked with relevant platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook pixel etc.
•    Assist in updating and maintaining all OneWelbeck websites including uploading new content, improving existing content and structure and working with doctors to maintain their profiles. 
•    Gather key metrics and data for internal and external reporting, including the use of PowerBI and HubSpot to analyse data.
•    Be part of campaign ideation process and planning throughout the year to help develop and create best-in-class marketing campaigns across all Welbeck specialties.
•    Be available to assist other members of the commercial team on an ad-hoc basis.
•    Reporting into Marketing Manager.

What we're looking for:

•    Practical hands-on experience of 2-3 years minimum. 
•    Educated to degree level, or equivalent.
•    Ability to use video editing software of a strong desire to learn preferred. 
•    Significant integrated marketing and communications planning experience.
•    Analytical and commercial – able to make commercial decisions that will positively impact the bottom line.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills – presenting on successes and outcomes to colleagues within multiple departments and at a variety of levels in the company, feeding back critical intelligence to inform wider business strategy.
•    Agile and flexible with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proven experience in delivering end-to-end PPC projects, demonstrating ownership and strategic thinking for each campaign.
•    Proven track record of delivering and overachieving targets.
•    Passionate about identifying and leading innovative PPC, SEO and UX marketing activity in a competitive environment. 
•    Have an analytical and creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve as our business grows.
•    Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Google Ads. 
•    Experience in using analysis tools including Hubspot and Google Analytics.
•    Above all, the successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for online marketing and online experience and improving healthcare in the UK and internationally.
•    Healthcare experience isn’t a requirement but would be a bonus to this role.
