Role Information:
As part of the OneWelbeck Imaging and Diagnostics Centre, you will work closely with the Business Manager and Admin Lead to implement initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service through a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Salary: up to £33K

Main responsibilities
- Deliver a smooth, patient-centred journey through the centre, providing consistently high-quality service.
- Support daily team operations, ensuring delegated tasks and service needs are met.
- Handle calls, emails, queries and all administrative duties, including imaging transfers (IEP, CIMAR), while meeting KPI targets.
- Act as the main admin contact when the Admin Lead is absent, escalating and recording complaints, incidents and compliments appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, PAs, radiographers and all stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality in line with OneWelbeck policies and legislation.
- Assist with scheduling, patient billing, payments and onward care, ensuring efficient administrative coverage.
- Create and implement SOPs and support process improvements.
- Train new starters across all admin functions and report progress to the Admin Lead.
- Provide front-of-house support and complete ad-hoc duties as required.
- Work effectively under pressure and take responsibility for actions while maintaining strong communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (essential)
- Relevant vocational qualifications (e.g., BTEC, NVQ in Healthcare/Health & Social Care)
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional working environment (essential)
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team (essential)
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in a senior role
