Centre Director – Skin Health & Allergy
Location: OneWelbeck, 1 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 0AR
Salary: Competitive, plus private medical insurance and performance-related bonus

Our flagship London facility offers eight floors of minimally invasive day surgery and outpatient diagnostics, with specialty centres spanning Imaging, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Heart & Lung Health, ENT & Skin Health, and more.
We are now seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead our Skin Health and Allergy Centre through an exciting phase of growth. With a multi-million-pound expansion launching in early 2026, this centre will double its capacity and become a global leader in dermatology services.
About the Role
As Centre Director, you will:
- Drive operational excellence – Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead growth initiatives – Expand service offerings and support the adoption of innovative treatments.
- Manage financial performance – Deliver revenue growth and maintain budgetary control.
- Champion quality and compliance – Uphold CQC standards and foster continuous improvement.
- Inspire and lead teams – Mentor staff and build strong relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven healthcare management experience (operations, administration, commercial).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
- Excellent communication, financial acumen, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of dermatology and allergy services is desirable.
