Our London flagship brings together the expertise of more than 45 ENT and Maxillo-Facial consultants across minimally invasive surgery, outpatient diagnostics, and advanced procedures. With a multi-million-pound expansion launching in early 2026 doubling the size and capacity of our specialist ENT Centre. We are now seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead this next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
As Centre Director, you will take operational, commercial, and strategic responsibility for the ENT Centre, ensuring outstanding care, seamless patient journeys, and high-performing clinical and administrative teams.
You will work closely with world-renowned consultants and internal partners to expand services, embed innovative treatments, drive financial performance, and position OneWelbeck as one of the largest and most advanced private ENT centres globally.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Service Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-focused services
- Lead the operational rollout of the 2026 ENT Centre expansion
- Support clinical and administrative teams to meet the highest standards of care
Clinical Services & Innovation
- Ensure the delivery of leading ENT and Maxillo-Facial services including imaging, audiology, minor procedures, innovative diagnostics, and surgical lists
- Champion new technologies, treatments, and pathways
Commercial & Financial Management
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through service development and consultant engagement
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
Quality, Governance & Safety
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager, upholding regulatory compliance, patient safety, and governance frameworks
- Use patient feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement
People & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and inspire centre teams, including Business Managers, Clinical Leads, and Billing
- Build strong relationships with Joint Venture partners, consultants, corporate teams, suppliers, and referring clinicians
About You
Essential
- Proven success in healthcare management (operations, commercial, or service management)
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks
- Degree in healthcare, business, or related field
- Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and data-driven decision-maker
Desirable
- Leadership or management training (e.g. MBA, ILM, CMI)
- Experience in ENT, Dermatology, Plastics, or related outpatient specialties
