    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead operations at our new, state-of-the-art multi-specialty centre in Oxford. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping one of the most exciting developments within the Welbeck Health Partners network.

    About the Role
    As Business Manager, you will oversee all business functions, including budget control, patient pathway operations, and billing. You will lead and develop Front of House and Administration teams, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency. This role offers significant scope for professional growth as the centre expands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all business operations, including finance, administration, and patient pathways.
    • Line-manage administrative and reception teams, ensuring training and development needs are met.
    • Drive a patient-centred culture and uphold exceptional customer service principles.
    • Support senior leadership in business development, service redesign, and operational improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with governance, HR, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
    • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all functions.
