Personal biography

After completing her medical training at St Georges University of London in 2007, Natasha went on to train in general practice before embarking on the NHS training program for Sports and Exercise Medicine in London.

During her GP training she completed her Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine (based on ITB friction syndrome) and her Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Peadiatrics and Child Health (RCPCH).

Natasha holds a number of roles outside of the clinic setting, including:

  • Team doctor – Harlequins Rugby and England Athletics
  • Chief Medical Officer for the Vitality Netball Superleague
  • Medical Advisor  – British Triathlon and UK Athletics (Endurance)
  • Track/pitchside Doctor – British Athletics and England Hockey

When not in clinic at One Welbeck, Natasha also works at Cranliegh School providing expert sports medicine care for the prep and senior school children.

In her spare time, she also heads up the medical cover at a number of high profile mass participation and elite standard events, currently acting as the medical director for:

  • London Winter Run
  • London Landmarks Half Marathon
  • Manchester Half and Full Marathons
  • Leeds ITU World Series Triathlon
  • London Triathlon
  • Blenheim Triathlon
  • adidas City Runs Series
  • Bolton Marathon
  • Velo Birmingham & Midlands

Dr Natasha Beach’s Practicing Hours:  (initially)

Tuesday 08:00 – 12:00

Wednesday: 16:00 – 20:00

Friday: 12:00 – 16:00

Getting to know Dr Beach  

As a busy consultant I like to keep active by playing tennis and running when I can. In my spare time I also run a company (SportsMedics) providing a medical cover for sports events, which allows me to travel to some amazing areas of the UK.
