About Dr Ben Turner

Dr Ben Turner is a Consultant Neurologist at OneWelbeck, HSCT lead at Barts Health NHS Trust and a founding member of the London HSCT panel. Thanks to new developments in this field disease suppression is now a realistic option.

Dr Turner trained at St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, he completed a higher degree of Doctorate of Medicine in MS brain imaging at Nottingham University. At Barts NHS Trust he has been clinical lead, and lead for the Clinical Research Centre which performs clinical trials to develop new medications for neurological conditions, including headache and MS.

Dr Ben Turner provides cutting edge interventions and treatments for headaches and dizziness, including CGRP therapies, Botox and greater occipital nerve blocks. In the MS field, Dr Turner has been directly involved in the clinical research in teriflunomide, dimethyl fumarate, alemtuzumab, cladribine, ocrelizumab, ofatumumab and siponimod.
