Personal Biography

Professor Richard Pollok (FRCP, PhD, BSc, DTM&H) completed his training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. He was awarded a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Training Fellowship and gained his PhD in the field of gut immunity and infection. His current research programme focuses on the causes of inflammatory bowel disease and improving diagnosis.
